We feel more at home in the city than ever before. A home that is evolving at an unprecedented rate and faces new challenges and ideas. The Domūs Living concept responds to this with 235 rental properties in the heart of Amsterdam. Students and young professionals live here in beautiful, healthy and sustainable accommodation on just 43m2, entirely in keeping with modern life in the city.

Where we turn less into more

Domūs Living offers the utmost in terms of space and uses, in fewer square metres. All homes have a ‘smart living core’ as a basis. Fixed features are used to configure the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and storage space. The room feels like a bedroom in the evening, but a fully-fledged living or dining room during the day, thanks to the integrated bed that can be closed off.

The compact homes are smart, social and sustainable. Smart because the apartments make effective use of the available space. Social because there are communal facilities and spaces that all residents can use, and sustainable because of the materials used. A surprising and diverse residential complex with more than enough space to relax, study and live!
